1. Who may use Lifeline IO

Lifeline IO is provided to healthcare organizations and licensed physicians. You confirm that the information you give at registration is accurate and that you are authorized to act for your organization.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for using patient information only for legitimate care purposes and in line with applicable law.

3. Patient information

Patient records belong to the patient and the organization that holds them. Records are shared with another organization only when the patient authorizes it.

4. Service changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be shown to you and may require renewed acceptance. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.
