Account details you provide at registration (name, email, phone, organization and professional details), information patients submit through secure links, and technical records needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the workspace, deliver patient tasks, keep records accurate, prevent misuse, and produce aggregate statistics that do not identify patients.

3. Access controls

Each organization sees only its own records. Platform administrators see aggregate metrics, not identifiable medical content. Sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

4. Sharing

Patient histories are shared between organizations only with the patient's authorization, which can be revoked.

5. Retention and your rights

Records are kept as long as required for care and legal obligations. You may request access to or correction of your account information.
